Connect your Amazon seller account

What we access and how re-authorization works.

What happens

You sign in on Amazon’s Seller Central and approve Convert Channel’s access. We never see your Amazon password.

We use the access to read inventory for the products you choose, check which shipping options Amazon can fulfill, create fulfillment orders for paid purchases, and read shipment status.

Re-authorization

Amazon requires sellers to re-authorize connected apps every 365 days. We’ll remind you ahead of time. If access lapses, live buttons show as unavailable until you reconnect; orders already sent to Amazon are unaffected.

Availability

Live connections open once Convert Channel’s Amazon app is approved by Amazon. Until then, the sample account shows how connected, disconnected, and expired states look.

What stays in Amazon

Inventory, replenishment, shipping, delivery and logistics questions are managed with Amazon in Seller Central. Convert Channel checks that a product is fulfillable before a button goes live, submits each paid order, and shows the status Amazon reports.
