Buttons

Install a button

Embed code, purchase links, printable QR codes, and what shoppers see.

Embed the button

Open the button and copy its embed code: two lines of HTML. Paste them where the button should appear, using your site builder’s “Custom HTML”, “Code” or “Embed” block.

Custom code depends on your builder and plan. For example, Squarespace allows scripts in code blocks on its Core plan and above, and Carrd’s Embed element needs Pro Standard or above. Wix runs embeds inside a frame.

The button loads its look from Convert Channel, so later edits and pausing apply without pasting the code again.

Share a purchase link

Where code isn’t allowed, such as social bios, email and text messages, share the button’s purchase link. It opens a simple hosted product page with the same button, price and tracking.

Print a QR code

For flyers, packaging, signs and event tables, open the published button and download its QR code as an SVG (prints sharply at any size), a high-resolution PNG or a print-ready PDF (one page, with the code 3 inches wide and trimming guidance). Customers scan the code to open your product page and buy.

The code is plain black on white with a clear margin. Keep that white border when you place it, and print it at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide.

The code opens the button’s purchase link and never changes. Editing the button, changing the price or pausing it applies to the page the code opens, so printed copies stay valid. Scans aren’t counted; only completed purchases appear in your reports.

To report a flyer, event or location separately, duplicate the button and use that copy’s code. Each copy has its own tracking ID.

For partners

Send your partner the code or link for their button. They don’t need a Convert Channel account. Each partner’s button has its own ID, so their sales are reported separately.
